If you have a Relevanssi Premium license, please use the support form. That takes you to the front of the queue.
If you have a problem with the free version of Relevanssi, please go through this checklist and then post to the plugin support forums. We can’t answer questions about Relevanssi Premium on the support forums.
If you have a bug report, you can open an issue in the Relevanssi Github repo.
