If you have a Relevanssi Premium license, please use the support form. That takes you to the front of the queue.
If you have a problem with the free version of Relevanssi, please go through this checklist and then post to the plugin support forums. I can’t answer questions about Relevanssi Premium on the support forums.
If you have a bug report, you can open an issue in the Relevanssi Github repo.
